Infovista needed a solution to bring their hundreds of pages of information into a refreshed and more user-friendly website. They contracted Myplanet to design and develop the new infovista.com experience where I served as the Visual Designer.
The end solution was a new website powered by Drupal with a new design system flexible enough to contain all the migrated content from the old site in multiple languages. Working closely with developers, I designed and stress-tested a wide variety of page templates comprised of "content blocks" to ensure every piece of content from the old site had a new UI component and they all worked in harmony across all screen sizes.
While wireframes were being started by our Interaction Designer, I worked on the initial concepts for the visual language of the website. Infovista was also undergoing an outside identity redesign at the time, and as we were unsure of the branding, I proposed some potential directions based on their target audience and goals with the intention of aligning on a shared direction for further visuals.
They leaned more towards the first concept but liked some of the elements of the second. I refined further into a final artboard that ended up informing their final identity.
Using the wireframes as a foundation, I executed the final responsive designs in high fidelity, frequently reviewing with stakeholders, developers, as well as user-testing the designs and iterating upon that feedback to reach these final designs.
